Can't find your tracking email?
Check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure to search using the email address you used at checkout. Still can't find it? Email us at contact@nabikids.com with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
Tracking says "delivered" but I don't have my package
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before they physically arrive. Please allow 24-48 hours, check with neighbors, and check around your property. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
