About Nabi kids

Nabi kids makes graphic tees for children from two years old up to around fourteen. That is the whole range, deliberately. We do not make onesies, and we do not make adult sizes.

Why only tees

Children's clothing brands usually widen their range quickly, and quality drifts as they do. Staying on one garment means we can be specific about it: one print method, one set of blanks, one set of construction standards, applied to everything we sell.

It also matches how children actually dress. A graphic tee is the item they choose for themselves and wear until it falls apart. Everything else in the drawer is chosen by a parent.

What we make

Every tee is printed direct-to-garment with water-based pigment inks. The ink is absorbed into the cotton rather than sitting on top of it as a plastic film, so the graphic stays soft and does not crack or peel the way a vinyl transfer does.

The fabric depends on the color. Solid shades are 100% combed and ring-spun cotton. Heather and vintage shades are cotton-rich blends, usually 52/48, 90/10 or 60/40 depending on the color. The exact composition is listed on every product page.

The construction is consistent across the range: a ribbed collar with a taped shoulder-to-shoulder seam, side seams rather than tubular knit, and a tear-away label, so there is nothing to scratch.

Sizing, honestly

We run 2T, 3T, 4T and 5T in the toddler block, and youth S, M, L and XL. Our long sleeve styles run a little differently: toddler 2T to 5-6T, and youth S to L.

The toddler cut is wider through the hip with a larger neck opening, because a two year old's head is large relative to their body and a badly cut neck means a fight every morning. The youth cut is longer through the torso and narrower at the shoulder.

Our advice is nearly always to size up one step. Children grow fastest through the torso between two and six, which is the dimension a t-shirt runs out of first, and a loose tee gets worn far more than a tight one. The size guide has the full measurements for every style.

Our artwork

All designs are original. Nothing here is licensed, and nothing is lifted from a stock library. The range covers western, vintage, funny, sports, animals and dinosaurs, faith, and seasonal designs, drawn to sit correctly at each age rather than scaled down from adult layouts.

Who we are and where we are

Nabi kids is a small independent business based in Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands. We design the artwork and run the shop and customer service from there.

We sell to customers in the United States only. Every order is made to order and printed and shipped from the United States by our production partner, Printify, through their US print facilities. Prices are in US dollars, domestic delivery stays short, and there are no customs fees or import duties on your order. Delivery times are on the shipping policy page.
