How long does production take?
Since everything at Nabi kids is made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. This is separate from shipping time.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order ships, delivery within the United States takes 3-8 business days. Production and shipping together usually take 7-18 days from the day you order. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How does printing work?
Each item is printed direct-to-garment at the time you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold. This means fresher prints, less waste, and the ability to offer a huge variety of designs.
Can I personalize an item?
Yes! Items marked "Personalized" allow you to add a name, initials, or custom text during checkout. Simply fill in the personalization field on the product page before adding to cart.
What if I made a mistake with personalization?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@nabikids.com and we'll do our best to update it before production begins.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because production starts quickly, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within a short window after ordering. Email us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping starts at $4.95 and is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
We'll make it right. You have 30 days from delivery, and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for details.
