How long does production take?
Since everything at Nabi Kids is made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. This is separate from shipping time.
How does printing work?
Each item is custom-printed at the time you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold. This means fresher prints, less waste, and the ability to offer a huge variety of designs.
Can I personalize an item?
Yes! Items marked "Personalized" allow you to add a name, initials, or custom text during checkout. Simply fill in the personalization field on the product page before adding to cart.
What if I made a mistake with personalization?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@nabikids.com and we'll do our best to update it before production begins.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because production starts quickly, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within a short window after ordering. Email us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
