Every item at Nabi Kids is made to order. Here's what to expect from click to delivery.
Production Time
Please allow 2-5 business days for your items to be printed and prepared before they ship. During busy seasons (holidays, back-to-school), production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves production. You can also check your order status on our Track My Order page.
Multiple Items, Multiple Packages
If your order includes items from different product categories, they may be produced separately and arrive in separate packages.
International Shipping
We're based in the Netherlands and currently ship within the EU. Reach out to us at contact@nabikids.com if you're unsure whether we ship to your location.
