Every item at Nabi kids is made to order. Here's what to expect from click to delivery.
Where We Ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Every order is printed and shipped from the United States, so there are no import duties or customs fees.
Shipping Costs
Shipping starts at $4.95 and is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. You'll always see the full shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
Production Time
Please allow 2-5 business days for your items to be printed and prepared before they ship. This is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery within the United States takes 3-8 business days. Production and shipping together usually take 7-18 days from the day you order. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak holiday periods.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves production. You can also check your order status on our Track My Order page.
Multiple Items, Multiple Packages
If your order includes items from different product categories, they may be produced separately and arrive in separate packages.
